One platform for the office and the field
Operations teams use the web app for maps, trip replay, battery history, routes, convoys, geofences, tracker inventory, and assignment reports. Each tractor and trailer remains an individual asset, with combinations used to record how they are coupled.
Field teams use the mobile app to scan trackers, install and replace units, check placement battery, and complete inspections. A completed swap automatically updates the assignments and tracker statuses while keeping ownership and history attached to the asset.
Tenant and customer permissions control visible records and available actions. Moving a tracker to another tenant uses a separate authorised transfer workflow that preserves earlier tracking history under its original tenant.
